We had a wonderful stay! The pictures are very accurate and the home is beautiful and clean. Extremely comfortable accommodations, silky soft sheets and a great location to downtown restaurants and activities. Eric was a marvelous host! Very friendly along with great information about local restaurants and activities. OUTSTANDING croissants and fruit greeted us for our morning treat! I would definitely return!

Great house in a perfect location to walk anywhere downtown! Eric and his puppy Bello are exceptionally gracious hosts!

This is an amazing bed and breakfast-like home. Paul and his brother Eric were the perfect hosts – attentive, welcoming, flexible and gracious, with absolutely wonderful accommodations. We visited Santa Rosa for our friend’s wedding and Paul and Eric made sure we had everything we needed arranged in their beautiful renovated house in the historic district – near amazing running trails, museums, and a block from Russian River Brewing company. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with flexible room arrangements for our large party, and Eric helped us over the phone plan our entire trip – from the bedroom layout, to places to visit, and working around our itinerary. The newly renovated bedroom, bathrooms and kitchens were really like a bed and breakfast as much as a home – it’s great to spend a weekend in wine country and have it feel like a getaway from San Francisco. Both Paul and Eric were responsive the whole trip and deeply engaged in the community of Santa Rosa. We appreciated all the small details and knowledge that made the trip work. Loved the weekend and excited to stay again!

We were welcomed with a friendly face and felt right at home within minutes. Bello was sweet, cuddly, and well behaved. Paul gave us some touring tips for the area and accommodated our extremely early wake up! He even baked sweets for dessert when we got home from dinner. The house was clean and well maintained.

What an amazing stay! Our host was amazing and took the time to give us tips for our Sunday wine tasting / drive down the PCH! The rooms were very clean, well decorated, and comfortable! I will definitely stay here again in the future! 🙂

Eric is a great and very welcoming host. This is a perfect place for people really looking for that “b&b” experience – you can get to know Eric and the area with ease.

Eric did a great job communicating with us prior to our visit to make sure he was ready for us. We used the two rooms upstairs which were perfect for our family. We also enjoyed time on the front porch just hanging out at this historic home. We weren’t familiar with the area, so Eric went out of his way to guide us to some of his favorite local spots (hikes, beaches, ice cream etc). It was a short walk to downtown to get to fun spots like the Russian River Brewery. It was a fantastic weekend.
